Am I missing something? I went through the feedback, via the google link,
and it looked like negatives were left for something wrong with the product, not shipping.
She must have seen this post, that whipped sugar picture doesn’t have multiple pics now, using the floral background….

I personally bought from her, from both shops. Not knowing I WAS buying from the same girl. When the package came last week, it has the exact name, and address of the girl (green mountain soapworks) I bought from a couple of months ago from a heartsy feature. I waited 7 weeks for my Heartsy items from GMSW..but before I got to leave feedback her shop was closed.
I took photos of the envelope of BOTH shipments. and submitted them to Etsy admin proving to them that these ”two” shops are ran by the same person, and nothing was done. I only had the first envelope laying around still because I moved shortly after the first shipment came, so I just left them in it. The product(s) wasn’t fit to use anyhow..HORRIBLE product. Anyhow, like I said. I contacted Etsy a week ago, and she is still selling, so I guess etsy just doesn’t give a shit,,,or they don’t have enough proof. ? I’m sure she has the same IP though. They can check that right?
And speaking of Bath and Body products and poor feedback. How and WHY is this store still open? OMG
And why are all these silly people still buying from the store, when the feedback is OBVIOUSLY horrible! LOL

They have 1760 Positive, 156 Neutral, 139 Negative!! I haven’t seen a store in all my years on Etsy get that poor of feedback and still manageto stay open!!

Christa is a LIAR! I am the owner of Crimson Moon Soap and she has never purchased anything from me! With her reputation of giving negative feedback, don’t you think she would have if she had actually purchased “horrible” products from me??? I looked at the links for Green Mountain Soapworks and I only see one neg – can we all guess who that was probably from? If this is the attitude of the people over at Etsy, I may just close my shop and go elsewhere. I am very discouraged by all this. I am just trying to make my way like everyone else!
Oh, and as far as the pics are concerned, I removed all of the ones I didn’t actually take myself. The others I found on the web and was just using them until I could get some more taken myself. I didn’t reaize it was going to be such a problem!

No, I didn’t. I actually thought of it as more borrowing than stealing. It wasn’t done maliciously, unlike this blog. They were part of the public domain, or so I thought. It was a poor choice on my part that has been rectified.

Um, I don’t know crimsonmoon other than she was a noob on ArtFire when the shit hit the fan and now she’s a noob on Etsy.
What I do know is that there are those out there wanting to badmouth AF refugees like CM and myself.
Since I don’t know Christa from a hole in the wall, she has yet to provide those photos of the mailing addresses she claims she has, and I still believe that someone is innocent until proven guilty (which has yet to be done) I suggest we BTFO. Could be she’s telling the truth but right now all I see is someone with an axe to grind.
Yeah, using others’ photos wasn’t the brightest of ideas. However, I’m sure none of you is so perfect that you’ve never experienced an epic fail. Give the girl a chance to prove herself. Then you can judge her all you want.
