Two different shops, same exact photo. I get that they could be legal if they were buying the umbrella as a part and adding it to a chain (which other sellers appear to be doing)..but this is the SAME necklace, same wire wrapping detail, etc. Same photos.
Are the two shops the same person? Or just two different people reselling a premade necklace and using the stock photo of it?
As a buyer, I want a pic of WHAT *I* AM BUYING, not what was sold 100 pieces ago and renew sold all the time.

same shop owners. sort of sketchy, I didnt check to see if it was a ‘collaboration’ considering they’re in 2 different countries, that just seems sketchy too.
as far as using the same photo, if it was ‘handmade from scratch’ and more involved designwise, I would take new photos but with a wire-wrapped stone & a premade charm…not much chance of it looking very different.
Same price – one in WA and the other BC, so it could be the same vendor….shocks me that they want $28 for that!

I have no idea how that works or if it is etsy legal but at least they are disclosing it.

So if you check out the http://www.colorfulartisanjewelry.com that is listed on her FB page, it says she is a US citizen who works in British Columbia. So, she probably has her US shop where she ships from home, and the Canadian shop where she ships from work. Maybe trying to appeal to Canadian buyers who don’t want to wait for stuff to come thru customs/pay duties? Seems like an awfully shady way to do that…
