Super Polyvore Fan??

24 Feb

Today is not a reseller or a mistagger. It’s just a plain ‘ol calling out ya’ll.

What is up with econnor’s listings? Is she obsessed with Polyvore and decided to keep them for her listings as well? Or did she find the pictures on Polyvore and is making a duplicate?

Without reading the description I had no idea what in the heck of all those graphics she was selling.

I think it’s funny that people get riled up over multiple beads in a photo for a listing of one, they will be rabid when they see this hot mess of a listing photo.

What do you think- innovative photo idea or artsy-fartsy garbage?

if she didn’t take those images (and i assume she doesn’t have permission to use them) then she shouldn’t be using them.

put your mouse over the shop title. URL’s are not underlined.

It makes the shop look like a photobucket account, not a store. I’m sure she didn’t mean to be tacky, but there you have it.

Look at this shop. I recognize all of these items from Wetseal and other retail stores:

    Wow, Kiskastyle is still around?

That shop was first exposed on Flaggy in JUNE of 2008.

Way to go, Etsy! Protect that reselling pond scum. Make us all proud.

Hey Arty, I looked around on the shop link you left. Interesting that the listings I opened up all said somewhere in the description “Handcrafted in the USA” (but by who?)
Also I find it a bit suspect that they have no shop banner or announcement and no profile or shop policy. Also their feedback is at 99% with 8 neutrals and 3 negs. I can’t really see the appeal of the stuff they are selling either and they have sold alot. Sucks for those of us who really make our stuff when that is our competition.
    *sigh*
