The Last Two Pages…

4 Mar

Thank you LuckyShots for posting this:

Laura, I took your challenge (although I’m not ECO) and went back to the last two pages of the blog to see what’s up with all these shops. – the commercially made tutus are still there – the commercially made laptop table and laptop sleeves are still there – Reselling tablecloths – still there – Slippers reseller – still there – Gucci dogbeds – still there – Shop is still there but it’s EMPTY. and – still there – all her resell stuff is still there – Still there, but the flip flop earrings are gone. – Seanwu’s shop – all still there – The ebooks are still there. – Shop is open but it’s EMPTY.

Someone requested a thread where we could report closings. Here ya go…

The pig is gone! The “vintage” pig from the year 2000! Woot Woot!

The Granny’s Workshop one might be tough to shut down, because those puppets are really easy to make. I’m not sure that Etsy could prove she’s not making them.

Very curious as to what brought this urgency on. Was it the brand new Disney movie that was featured on Regretsy?!

The 1999 stein called out on Etsy WTF is gone, too!

Hey Etsy! How difficult was that?

The vintage 2000 pig is gone. But the vintage 1999 snowman is still there (look on the 3rd pic and blow it up, on the tag).

And all the other crap in the shop is still there.

All I can do is wonder who gave HeyMichelle the go-ahead to do this email thing. Any chance she did this on her own? Not unless she is about to quit her job in frustration.
    Another obfuscation?

#4 ~ but one only has to Google Peru finger puppets to see those ones 🙂

the shop that I called out a while ago – Nora23 or whatever – the used and new clothes are gone (not sold). She’s now selling her beautiful crochet items and a vintage Barbie doll

I know, Thud- I’m sure that she’s geting them wholesale, but I’m just saying that it is actually possible to make those by hand if you’re a knitter– so she could tell Etsy that she’s making them, and what could they really do? Unless she is using the exact pictures. Either way, I doubt Etsy will get off their asses for long enough to check.
