Brand new  items and some “vintage” items that are all located in handmade.

Beautiful Vera Bradley, Brand New with tags and original box.

Lots of her “vintage” are tagged homemade yet this pair of shoes that she says are “brand new” are located in vintage. Huh?!

I have that bag. Didn’t know Vera had her own Etsy shop.

She needs an email. I can’t do it— I am on the Etsy shit list.

This is the kind of shop/seller I’d call clueless, rather than a sneaky violator. I don’t think she has any idea that Etsy isn’t just Ebay with lower fees.

This is the kind of thing that Etsy should have a procedure for dealing with — as in keep the shop open, but ditch the new junque after notifying the seller why some of her items are wrong for Etsy. Some of the items in her shop are legit vintage and some appear to be made by her.

Those 2 items are gone, but shop still up!

This shop is still up and running with new items:

Um, this is new to me. A store selling a bunch of ‘old’ magazines from 2009, and 2010.

What Etsy category are those, exactly?

I know you aren’t supposed to list any mass produced print media under Handmade Books and Zines.

Vintage if it’s 20+ years old, maybe supplies if newer.

catqueens2 probably removed the called out items. If so, good for her. Keep working on it!

Catqueen has the Peter Rabbit 1996 item still up. I find the “signed” Fenton glass shoe pretty hilarious.

Her whole shop is a mess. That Teleflora Peter Rabbit is from 1996 and is in pottery. It isn’t handmade, it isn’t vintage and it isn’t a supply.

All the Fenton glass items are in handmade categories, and I have no idea if they’re vintage or not.

The crochet items are so cheap I don’t even know what to think.

Shops like this it’s hard to know what you’re getting because the seller just seems clueless.

But, catqueen’s banner is simply dreamy.
