    Yuk ! I’ve seen this one before. Check out the feedback. 17 negs and 10 neutrals. Ouch ! It’s too bad this junk is allowed to be listed next to beautiful handmade pieces !

    Just more crap on a craptastic site. Etsy has lost any allure it ever had for me.

    Don’t ever bother going into the forums to see what fires have been started…not worth the time, effort, or brain cells.

    Good question!

    Good thing I’m muted, too, or I’d get myself into serious trouble commenting on this thread.

    The Charm on a Chain has now morphed into the collective scenario.

    Well, the cat was let out of the bag, and now it is really clear that etsy will let anyone or anything have a shop.

    Except for the pathetic people who think that people should follow the TOUs, and complain about people who don’t.

    “Hi everyone!

    Etsy does not allow mass-produced items to be sold as handmade. The majority of the item must be done by the artist/maker, be it a single person, or members of a collective. Drop shipping is not allowed.

    We are fiercely protective of the integrity of our market, and thank you all for the help in reporting irregularities to us. Please note that Content investigations are extremely thorough, involve a lot of communication between Etsy and the seller, and can take quite a bit of time to conclude. When it’s established that a member has not been selling within Etsy’s terms for what is allowed, appropriate action is taken.

    With that said, we can’t discuss the private communication between members on the Forums. I’ll bring this to a close now. Thanks! ”

    Who gets your vote for worst mush-mouthed Admin?

    Yeah, do we really believe that seller makes those bob marley thread earrings? Of course she does! She’s been making jewelry for years as a pass time and now it has become a staple in her life! Why, she has more talent and skill than the poor schlubs who actually studied metalsmithing.

    Ooooooh, interesting. While googling that god awful synthetic lady gaga hairbow, I ran across an ebay auction with her picture and same exact wording in the description. Guessed it was her, and went to the feedback and checked out what she bought, Very, very interesting. I can say she did make the Hello Kitty rings, by buying the HK brooch and gluing ringbacks to it, I’ve seen she has bought them. But there is also proof there that she has bought other things like that bar ring, and that I heart U ring.

    You can take a look for yourself: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=jewelrymakerz&ftab=AllFeedback&myworld=true

    * * * * * *

    And some of the positives should have been neutrals at the very least.
