Wow, that is crappy…. Guess there is a sucker born every minute. That’s about as vintage as a Nook or Kindle…lol.

No announcement, no profile, no policies. One reseller item listed.

This is just one new chalkboard item listed as ‘vintage’. There are dozens, and Etsy allows them to bury the actual old chalkboards, chalk and erasers listed as real vintage. Search for chalkboard listings in the vintage category:

Nice search! All of these items are old shyte repainted with chalkboard paint which makes them repurposed new items from vintage.

NOT VINTAGE legal ———–as I shout into the wind————– —> the feedback for this particular seller is precious

enough already, everyone have a good religiouscelebrationseason?

One item, shop is Props GALORE. This person is probably scouring their basement or garage for junk they will try to unload on etsy. How stupid.

Maybe not. The chalkboard crates are sold as props on the Hubert site. Could just be lack of imagination, and realizing you can easily get away with this kind of reselling on Etsy. Especially if you throw the stuff in the vintage category.

Susan, Season’s Greetings to you as well!

All of those items fit on Etsy, but listing them as ‘vintage’ is a joke. At best. I could report things like that until the heat death of the universe, and Etsy would still consider the alterations made to those items as not significant. On Etsy, altered vintage = better vintage.
