This company sells $200,000 in earrings a year on Etsy.

Originally, their profile says they are a couple girls working in Ohio. In fact, this same company admits they are a corporation on Ebay, and on their website, they are a corporation looking for funding.

Check it out.
then check his website

Now check the people in the photos. These are not their workers or artists, they have some kind of deal to get photos. In fact, most of the photos on Ebay are of the carvers wife.
They were on etsy before, but etsy made them remove the photos. There are no tribal earrings being made in Ohio. This company claims to have a warehouse in Calif?

One more thing, this company does many of the larger jewelry shows. This is an Afro American that owns the company, and brags that he got the idea to resell earrings from
traveling on holiday and selling people selling on the net while there are traveling.

So, what part of “I’m an artist does this fit into. This company should have their own callout page?

They also claim to be spreading love and light and be helping artists. Ya, they are helping them make slave labor money. Congrats for being a complete opportunist! Also, congrats to Etsy for keeping these people on Etsy for years so they can become rich! Where is the new media when you need them.

Don’t forget this show, you can go there and help this guy get more rich! Right?

or at this show, big money at a music festival

Don’t forget to check them out here too!

here is what they say about themselves!

Our company is Called Coco Loco and we specialize in hand carved tribal style earrings made from organic materials. We use several types of hardwoods, coconut, bone, horn, shell, and tagua nut. All of our materials are either sustainably harvested or reclaimed and our company is certified green by Green America. We have been working directly with a group of master carvers in Indonesia for years and strive to not only sustain but better the lives of the artisans we work with. Our product is one of a kind in its quality and designs and would be a great addition to your festival.

Lets modify this. They have been reselling on Etsy for years and soaking up the money. Their product is also sold by just about everybody on Etsy. The same carvers need money to survive since they work for everybody. So, about the one of a kind part, I would have to say “Bah” to that!

What you get with this company is exploitation to over-ride real artists on Etsy. Plus they lead the pack of people re-selling earrings on etsy.

They are now being copied by another company in Ha that also orders from the same carvers and makes nothing! Look!

This is a guy that is on Ebay and has a shop in Ha. He was not doing too well on Ebay selling Fake Jade and earrings, so he decided to follow tribalstyle on Etsy. When he first arrived, he used the same photos he had on Ebay. Now he is trying to copy the look and feel of their photos to horn in on their Etsy business. He often lowballs people on prices hoping to do this. Look.

Look at his profile on Etsy.

Aloha to Anela’s jade

welcome to our store in Hilo , Hawaii
owned by Charles & XueMei Devine

My wife hand made many items from Jade and Pearls .

He is handmaking his items? Real jade only comes from Burma. Most of it is smuggled into China through Rulee, then cut into jewelry. I suspect he orders all his stuff from China and sells it as is.

Here he is on Ebay, and he took the name of somebody on Etsy.

Or, we have to wonder if this is his second shop on Etsy? One in Ha and one in Fla?

If you go to this link here, it tells you all about anela’s jade on Ebay

Here he is today, he changed all his photos to look like tribalstyle!

SEE! He is a reseller, he has a retail store, he makes nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, why is this guy still on Etsy? He even copies the designs of Tribalstyle

If you have some spare time, you should be bashing these vendor’s. You can see that there is so much money selling these earrings on etsy that people are fighting each other tooth and nail to get a piece of it!. Meanwhile, Etsy does nothing to clean this obvious market up!!!!!!!!!!

Industrial Trolly

The “industrial trolly” is everywhere:

Here’s their military tent bag: and here:

And their Industrial Container Sideboard
On ebay – identical but different color

bird branch lariat

17 Jul

Check out the wholesale jewelry “bird branch lariat” listed on etsy… I’ve reported listing after listing, but not a single listing or seller has been removed. Most shops are resellers, some with multiple shops connected, all reselling as well.

What’s Etsy:
Read the description! “The ever popular bird in a branch necklace lariat ! These are all over Etsy and I couldn’t resist jumping on the bandwagon.”
Description (lol) “I’m a bird nerd, can’t you tell from my shop logo? I’ve had these little birdies sitting around just waiting for me to make them into something awesome and voila” I assume making into something = pulling 1/100 out of the box from china.

There are way too many to list each one.

And of course they are all made with real silver and gold. Please forgive me if these have been called out before.

Who is good on researching purse sellers?

is an example of purses being resold, ships from the USA, photographed with all the right props. But they forgot to write all of it in English 高级时装, 时髦 is in some of the listings

and “brand name ” of LEFT BANK appears in some photos

This one has a model number sticker on it

And these ones come with plastic protectors on the handle, just like from the factory!!

charms4you, AgHalo

12 Jul

The two sneaky resellers to report. The shops I am referring to are Charms4You: and AgHalo: Now, while they may be “Etsy legal” for putting a charm on a chain, or just selling the charm, it is quite obvious they do not make their post earrings. As for AgHalo, I don’t believe she makes her toe rings or her ear cuffs either. I’ve reported these two to Etsy’s Marketplace Integrity Team several weeks ago to no avail. I don’t for a moment think either of them have the wherewithal to pass off being able to make this stuff themselves what with Etsy requiring extensive photographic evidence as proof and the materials receipts with dates.

Charms4You –

She passes off her stud/post earrings as being supplies:

These are clearly purchased at wholesale elsewhere to resell as they are available from a number of places:

Sterling Silver Skull Posts:
Charms4You –
Amazon –
Ebay –

Male & Female Symbols Posts:
Charms4You –
Amazon –
Ebay –

These she didn’t even deign to take her own photos:

Black & White Skull Posts:
Charms4You –
Amazon –
Ebay –

Another interesting tidbit, she has another shop: which she doesn’t disclose in either of her shop profiles.

AgHalo –

She takes things a bit further as she lists everything as handmade and includes ear cuffs and toe rings:

Sterling Silver Dolphin Ear Cuff:
AgHalo –
Amazon –
Ebay –

Sterling Silver Crown Toe Ring:
AgHalo –
Amazon –
Ebay –

AgHalo and Charms4You seem to have the same design aesthetic as they both make and sell the exact same earrings:

Charms4You –
AgHalo –

Peace Signs:

AgHalo –

Paw Prints:

There are many many more; perhaps they are a collective of some sort? Discuss and report please!

Why you cannot get rid of Etsy resellers, here is an example, Etsy protects them, and they can lie as much as they want.

they have been called out a number of times on this site, but they continue to provide fake proof that they are making stuff. The own a number of sites on etsy under different names.

Lets look at their proof:

If you look at all the photos you will realize several things.

Nothing actually got made. This is a photo of a slave labor shop. I don’t think they are making haren pants there. There is a photo of a very expensive sewing machine that nobody is using. Shops like this in Thailand, there are 20 on every block. You got people
with sewing machines out in front of grocery stores, in front of barber shops, at swap meets, everywhere. It would be very easy to rent the services of one of these shops to sit and take photos in their shop. If you are old enough, you can remember harem pants back in the 70s. Made in India, Nepal, China, mostly in big factories with slave labor. This is where they are made, not in this blog shop. This is the kind of useless evidence that etsy takes.

You can find all of Marks clothing on Ystreet Fashion on facebook. It is all made in China and can be had for less than $10 US. Anybody can buy it to resell.

All of his clothing is bought at this shop who has a website.

This shop is across from the UOB bank in Pratunam Market, in the basement, it is a pink shop.

here is the info of what you can find shipping in this market.

Rising an impressive 88 storeys high, the Baiyoke Sky Hotel is Thailand’s tallest building. A distinctive feature of Bangkok’s skyline, it also marks the spot for one of the city’s all-time, favorite pursuits: Shopping! A scandalous variety of goods are on offer.

Here is another one of their shops on etsy.

these two shops are just copies of dozens of other similar shops who resell, plus 100s of similar shops on Ebay. Just take a look. You can find the same clothing, same cloth and sizes just about everywhere.

The name should be everwheresclothingmarkedup

This shop is owned by the same person here claiming they are making earrings. The changed their name from theearringchest to avoid people like us reporting them.

do you really think a white boy from Henderson, Nevada is sitting at a workbench in Thailand making earrings?

You only need to look here to see this guy is full of twinkies.

On this site, you can find all the links to earrings that are sold my Mark and Lai.
You don’t have to cut them in half, as he probably sent photos to etsy. They cut them for almost nothing in Bali and give you almost the same price as earrings that are just gauged.

You have to figure, once a liar, always a liar. On Ebay, this same person claims to be a supplier of silver brass biker jewelry, since 2005?

Check Ebay closer, all his stuff is caller silver brass, even though all the same merchandise is being sold by Chinese factories for $7 a ring as stainless steel.
Last time he came to comment on etsycallout, he blamed disgruntled sellers that were kicked off etsy for calling him out. I think this is the same person that had silver brass copies of designer jewelry on etsy, and probably opened a bunch of sites. Ya, this is feedgoodfashion who was selling copies and now sells these copies on Ebay.

This is what etsy allows. Its up to you people to find proof that these people are lying, no matter what they did to try to prove to etsy they are really making the stuff. Etsy is really a joke site, worse than Ebay, maybe down in the garbage with Ioffer that allows the sales of 1000s of copies. What do you think this clothing on etsy is anyway. A bunch of copies. People like these just insult your intelligence.

I see another question coming up on this site. Is a Chinese factory a group of artists?
Nope! Have I ever been inside of a Chinese factory? Yes. They hire young people, often as young as 14, pay them less than $100 a month, they have to sleep in the factory, eat in the factory, and sometimes they don’t pay them for 3 months. If the people quit and leave, they never get paid, that way, the factory can hire and train new people often without paying the old people. That is how most of the clothing is made you see on Etsy. If you can buy i wholesale in Thailand for $5, how much do you think it will sell for in China? Like those $1 shirts from Cambodia that sell for $100 in retail stores in the USA that put their label on them. The imperfect ones get sold in Asia for $2 by the kilo.

People making earrings in Bali are some of the most low paid people on the planet. The often sleep on a pile of leaves and piss out in the jungle. Etsy is a bed of exploitation, not the artists site they pretend to be. That is all clever marketing to do one thing only, make a bunch of money.

So, if you report this guy, make sure and associate him with his partners, feelgoodfashion, earringclub, and a number of other shops that got removed from etsy for reselling and serious copyright violations. If you call up any of his listings you will find out he spams a lot, meaning putting words into his keywords that are not correct for what he is selling.

If Etsy can hook up your reports with people that got removed before, its not that hard to get the people removed. This seller should be removed for a number of reasons. I will give you a list of all his shops soon. Just look at the evidence I have provided, you will see these are dishonest shops supported by etsy, who in reality, don’t care, and are probably suckers for fake information.

Ok i hope this is how you report a reseller (i also sent an email, no response). I noticed that within a week there have been 2 resellers on the FP both selling the same massed produced hair ties!

The reason I am certain they’re not “handmade” is because I bought a pack of the black ties (featured in the 2nd link) at the Dollar Tree for $1! I contacted Etsy, but alas, nothing was done.
